Connecting Seniors to the resources they need! This app includes all the right stuff ensuring they find what they need when they need it! Senior Compass is designed specifically to help seniors connect with volunteer agencies, community resources, other local services such as food banks, local pharmacies, medical facilities, emergency contacts, and now, a network for daily support and care. My role is to provide seniors with information, assistance, and guidance to ensure they have access to the support they need within their community. This includes facilitating connections to daily support networks that offer companionship, help connect with organizations that help with errands, and personal care services.
